Kaylee and Billy’s wedding day was truly the icing on the cake for what has been an incredible journey together. To be there with them and to take their beautiful Roca Berry Farm wedding pictures was such a blessing!

How It All Started

I have known Kaylee since elementary school! I always want to get to know the couples I work with as much as possible since it makes for better wedding photos, so having known Kaylee for that long made these photos EXTRA special! 

As for Billy, Kaylee met him when she was 14. She turned to a friend and said, “There’s Billy Thompson.” During that first meeting, he also hit her in the head with a dodgeball. Is there a better way to start a relationship?

In Kaylee’s own words, “The rest is history.”

Kaylee And Billy’s Wedding Day

Before the wedding, Kaylee enjoyed getting ready with her best friends and reminiscing about all the memories she had shared with Billy. Billy was doing the same.

It was hard to beat the ceremony itself though, which made for some amazing Roca Berry Farm wedding pictures! It meant a lot to Kaylee to walk down the aisle with her dad while seeing her soon-to-be husband’s big smile. What was even better was the fact that their son, Maddox, was their best man! He was so ADORABLE, and he did a great job being a part of the wedding. 

This really was a wedding with tons of warm feelings all around. Both Kaylee and Billy highlighted this so well with their wedding vows. Each wrote theirs with so much love, and all of their guests were touched by what they shared. 

Stealing The Couple For Some Roca Berry Farm Wedding Pictures

I just love stealing the couple so I can take some pictures of just the two of them. I always try to plan this into the wedding day, but things can change on the fly. When that happens, I adapt and find a good time to take them somewhere private so I can give them some couple’s photos they’ll remember.

This time, I found it during the reception, and we spent some time taking more Roca Berry Farm wedding pictures with just the two of them together. One of the things I love the most about taking Roca Berry Farm wedding pictures is how much you have to work with. The farm offers a wide variety of rustic backdrops, even including a beautiful sunflower field! Kaylee, Billy, and I took full advantage of everything we could while we were away!

If you can’t tell by now, I love this amazing wedding venue. I’ve shot here before, and I hope to shoot here again. It’s such a warm, inviting place that makes great memories for the couples who go there, not to mention their wedding parties too! Some of my favorite photos are Roca Berry Farm wedding pictures!

Final Thoughts

I also know not everyone is looking for Roca Berry Farm wedding pictures. That’s okay with me!
