When it came to planning their wedding, Tiffani and Mike wanted something intimate and modern. They held their exquisite wedding ceremony on the grounds of a private residence and celebrated their reception at The Omar, an atmospheric venue in midtown Omaha with industrial elements. 

Their ceremony was so so lovely! I was totally taken with their simple but dramatic decor – the swooping white fabric draping over the wooden frame. It worked with the natural setting and felt very elegant, which was important for Tiffani.

Coneflower Creamery + The Omar

After the ceremony, I usually sneak out with the happy couple to do their couple’s portraits (check out these fun waterside portraits in this Omaha winter wedding) – but this time, we had more of a plan. Tiffani and Mike are OBSESSED with Coneflower Creamery, so before we went to the Omar, we had to head down to Blackstone to get some ice cream. Getting to photograph them as they wandered around the district in their wedding clothes, all giggly and high on the moment, was such a highlight of the day!

The Omar was the perfect spot for their celebration, which was just so full of joy. The dance floor got pretty wild! All in all, it was such a fabulous day, full of the kind of love you always hope is going to shine at a wedding.
